Decent brunch venue in Dallas
I’m putting this on the site as it represents a cool place to have brunch if you are ever in need of that when in Dallas, Texas. The owner had clearly taken care in the set up of the restaurant, it was breezy and anti-chain establishment with a comfortable and decently designed interior and with some absolute bang on guilty pleasures adorning the menu. Our visit included chicken fried chicken (buttermilk waffles, poached eggs, chorizo gravy and maple syrup), truffled mushroom salad (poached egg, frisee, shaved celeriac and croutons), fries with white truffle mayo and pork cheek hash with poached eggs and roasted chilli hollandaise. If you are feeling a little fragile and dehydrated after a heavy Saturday night, need I say more for a brunch to help take away that pain?

My hobby-turned-passion began to evolve during my assignments to London where I was fortunate enough to be able to explore all the Michelin starred restaurants in my spare time and as a result, I gradually built up a catalogue of all these venues.
