Note-worthy Chinese restaurant in Singapore located on the 3rd floor of The Fairmont Hotel
Asia Grand is a very good option for Chinese food in Singapore, serving quality Cantonese cuisine. The Peking duck was extremely good and I especially enjoyed the delicate take on the pancakes being made of egg which was a fantastic touch. All other aspects of the meal were well cooked and presented. This was a superb start to the year as a New Year’s Day dinner and as I was being generously treated to this meal, I did not see the bill. Being located in the 5* quality of Singapore’s fabled Farimont Hotel, this will not be a cheap outing, but it is a very good option for Cantonese food.
