One of only 7 Michelin starred restaurants in Malta, serving modern, Maltese dishes
Noni is a delightful and snug, Michelin starred restaurant in Malta, serving modern dishes in their basement dining room. My flight from London was delayed by two hours and as I was attending a James Bond live concert of Skyfall that evening I could only stay for the canapés and a pre-screening drink. Having kept the restaurant updated from Gatwick, I was actually blown away by their kind hospitality in that we were allowed to enjoy their canapés only and not be charged the cancellation fee. I obviously provided a sincere thank you to them such was their generosity. The canapes themselves were ornate and a special mention deservedly goes to the olive ‘burst’. Traditional Maltese bread can be quite dense but the surrounding canapés were absolutely delicate and a delight. I owe it to going back here and doing the full menu properly!
